We want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you need to request a return, please contact service@solvietia.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return requests should be submitted within 30 days after delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Final sale items, used items, customized items, and items damaged by misuse may not be eligible for return.
